Welcome to AventHub. We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.
This Privacy Policy explains how AventHub ("AventHub", "we", "us") collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects your information when you use the AventHub website, mobile applications, marketplace, event-ticketing services, and related features (collectively, the "Platform").
By creating an AventHub account or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.
AventHub is an event discovery, registration, ticketing, and marketplace platform.
AventHub is not a bank, digital wallet, money-transfer or remittance service, payment processor, lender, loan facilitator, investment or trading platform, cryptocurrency service, insurance provider, or any other kind of financial-services provider. AventHub does not offer any regulated financial product or service, and does not provide financial advice.
AventHub does not process payments inside the app. Where a payment is required, it is made by the user directly to the relevant event organizer or marketplace seller, outside the Platform, using the instructions that organizer or seller provides.
Depending on how you use AventHub, we may collect:
AventHub does not request, collect, process, or store:
Proof-of-payment uploads. A receipt image you upload may contain information shown by your bank or payment provider, such as a masked account or card number, a transaction reference, or a transaction amount. We do not extract, parse, or reuse this content. It is stored only so the relevant organizer or seller can visually confirm your payment, and it is deleted or restricted in line with Section 11. Please redact any information on the receipt that is not needed to confirm the payment before uploading it.
We may use your information to:
We do not use your information to assess creditworthiness, to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects, or for any financial-services purpose.
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own advertising purposes.
Where applicable law requires consent for a particular use, we will obtain your consent before that use.
When you register for or purchase a ticket to an event, the information reasonably necessary to manage your registration may be made available to the relevant event organizer, including:
Event organizers may use this information only to manage the event, confirm registrations, verify tickets and attendance, provide event-related services, send important event updates, respond to event-related inquiries, and meet applicable legal requirements.
Event organizers act as independent controllers of the information they receive and are responsible for handling it in accordance with applicable laws and their own privacy obligations.
Where a payment is required, you complete it directly with the relevant event organizer or marketplace seller using the instructions they provide. Available methods may include cash payment, bank deposit, bank transfer made through your own bank's channels, or another method displayed during booking or ordering.
AventHub's role is limited to recording whether the organizer or seller has confirmed that payment was received.
AventHub does not:
You may be asked to provide a payment reference or upload a receipt solely so that the organizer or seller can confirm that payment for a ticket, booking, or order has been completed. Bookings, tickets, and orders may remain pending until that confirmation is recorded.
Any dispute, refund, chargeback, or cancellation relating to a payment is handled between you and the relevant organizer or seller. AventHub may assist by providing booking or order records where appropriate.
AventHub may provide a marketplace through which users can order physical or digital products offered by participating sellers.
When you place an order, information reasonably necessary to prepare, fulfil, deliver, and support the order may be shared with the relevant seller or delivery provider, including your name, mobile number, order details, delivery address and instructions where applicable, payment-confirmation status, and information needed to provide support.
Sellers and delivery providers may use this information only to prepare and fulfil the order, arrange or complete delivery, communicate about the order, provide after-sale support, handle returns, cancellations, or disputes, and meet applicable legal requirements.
Participating sellers are responsible for handling the personal information they receive in accordance with applicable privacy laws and their own privacy obligations.
AventHub may generate QR codes or other ticket identifiers to verify registration and attendance. A QR code may contain or link to a ticket identifier, event identifier, ticket status, attendee name or account identifier, and check-in status.
Event organizers and authorized event personnel may scan the QR code to validate the ticket and record attendance.
Please do not publicly share your ticket QR code. Unauthorized sharing may result in misuse or prevent you from entering the event.
We share only the information reasonably necessary for the stated purpose, with:
Service providers that process information on our behalf may use it only to provide the relevant services and must apply appropriate safeguards.
We do not sell or rent personal information.
We may use cookies and similar technologies to keep users signed in, maintain security, remember preferences, improve performance, understand how users interact with the Platform, measure and improve features, and detect technical problems, fraud, and security threats.
You may manage cookies through your browser or device settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect the availability or operation of some features.
We may send account verification messages, booking confirmations, ticket and event updates, marketplace order updates, security alerts, service announcements, customer-support communications, and — where permitted and based on your preferences or consent — marketing communications.
You may unsubscribe from non-essential marketing communications using the option provided in the message or by contacting us. You may continue to receive essential transactional, account, booking, order, security, or legal communications after opting out of marketing messages.
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Platform, manage accounts, complete registrations, bookings, tickets, and orders, maintain booking, order, payment-confirmation, and attendance records, provide support, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and meet accounting, legal, and regulatory obligations.
Proof-of-payment uploads are retained only until the related booking or order is confirmed and the applicable dispute or refund window has closed, and are then deleted, unless a longer period is required by law or reasonably necessary to resolve an active dispute.
Retention periods otherwise vary depending on the type of information, the purpose for which it was collected, and applicable legal requirements. Information no longer reasonably required is securely deleted, anonymized, or aggregated.
We apply reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss or theft, misuse, alteration, unauthorized disclosure, and accidental or unlawful destruction. These measures may include encryption in transit, access controls, monitoring, backups, and restrictions on employee and service-provider access.
No electronic storage system or internet transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Please protect your account credentials and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Depending on the laws applicable in your location, you may have the right to:
Some information may be retained after a request where required by law or reasonably necessary to complete an outstanding booking or order, prevent fraud or misuse, maintain security, resolve disputes or claims, keep required accounting or legal records, or enforce our agreements.
To exercise your rights, contact us at the email address in Section 18. We may request reasonable information to verify your identity before processing a request.
You may request deletion of your AventHub account:
After verifying the request, we will delete or anonymize the account information unless retaining certain records is required by law or reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, protect security, resolve disputes, complete outstanding bookings or orders, or meet legal and accounting obligations.
Account deletion may result in the loss of access to tickets, booking records, marketplace orders, and other account-related information.
AventHub is not intended for children below the minimum legal age required to create an account independently in their country.
Where registration for a child or minor is permitted, it must be completed or authorized by a parent or legal guardian.
If we become aware that personal information has been collected from a child without the required authorization, we will take reasonable steps to delete or appropriately restrict that information. A parent or legal guardian may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of a child's information.
The Platform may contain links to websites, services, payment instructions, event pages, or other resources operated by third parties. We are not responsible for the privacy practices, security, availability, or content of third-party services. Please review their privacy policies and terms before providing personal information to them.
Depending on where users, event organizers, sellers, and service providers are located, personal information may be processed or stored in countries other than your own. Where required by applicable law, we take reasonable steps to apply appropriate safeguards to such processing or transfers.
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our services or features, legal or regulatory requirements, technology and security practices, or how we collect and use information.
The updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Where required or appropriate, we may also notify users of material changes through the application, website, email, or another reasonable method.
