Organizer refers to an individual or organization creating and managing events through AventHub.
Attendee refers to a person registering for or purchasing tickets to an event.

2. User Accounts

Users are responsible for providing accurate information when creating an account and for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Event Management & Ticketing

AventHub provides a platform for event management and ticket sales.

Organizers are solely responsible for the content, organization, operation, and compliance of their events.

Attendees must present a valid electronic ticket or QR code for entry when required.

Ticket resale, duplication, or unauthorized distribution may result in ticket cancellation without refund.

4. Payments

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.

Applicable taxes, service fees, and processing charges will be displayed during checkout.

AventHub does not store complete payment card information.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Refund and cancellation policies are determined by each event organizer unless otherwise required by applicable law.

If an event is canceled or rescheduled, the organizer is responsible for communicating the applicable refund or exchange policy.

6. Marketplace

AventHub may provide a marketplace for selling digital and physical products.

Sellers are responsible for the quality, accuracy, pricing, delivery, and legality of their products.

7. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
Upload or distribute harmful, fraudulent, or illegal content.
Interfere with the operation or security of the platform.
Infringe upon intellectual property rights.
Attempt unauthorized access to any part of the platform.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, software, designs, and materials available on AventHub are the property of AventHub or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or modified without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

AventHub acts as a technology platform connecting organizers and attendees.

We are not responsible for:

Event cancellations or schedule changes.
The quality or content of events.
Products or services provided by organizers or marketplace sellers.
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.

10. Privacy

Your use of AventHub is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

11. Account Suspension

AventHub reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms & Conditions or engages in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated versions become effective immediately upon publication on the platform.

Continued use of AventHub after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
